Oh, and just a reminder, Round One is available through Calgary retailers now. You can pick it up at Redd Skull Comics, Pheonix Comics, Comickazi, Words and Pictures, and Another Dimension Comics. It's still $7.50, but it doesnt come with any convention swag. You had your chance, don't miss this one!

Hey Johny! What is happenning with Hellstone?? I went through my collection of indy stuff and found a preview of it. Did it go beyond that preview? It seemed as though you had some sturdy ideas formed there, with the two brothers. Now that Round One is done, are you working on something else?
How about the rest of you VA guys? What comes next, hm? What's the score here?

While I can't speak for Johnny, we do have some projects on the go right now. We have plans for Round Two as well as personal side projects. I think we'll let you all know about them once we actually get some solid production done. If i'm correct, you're on our mailing list anyway, and that's the next best thing to hearing anything from us personally. The only immediate thing I can think of that'll be published soon is the Radioactive City Meltdown stories Nick are doing. But you probably knew that already.

Sorry for not seeing this post earlier! Man I didn't think anyone watched out for Hellstone or anyone cared. Well, the thing is Hellstone is going under a major revamp we shall say. Some things are going to be tweaked for the next release for it. I haven't told any of the guys this yet and I don't have access to send mailing lists yet but anyways, Hellstone has some plans that I was trying to work into...I really wanted to redraw the first issue, have different composition in some of the shots and make the inking a little more cleaner. I want to re do it and make it the directors cut of it and see how it does then. But have it full size. Let me know what you think...
And thanks Remandcentre!!

I have thought about doing the same sort of thing with QOM V1, a directors cut kind of idea. The ideas I had there were great, but the copier I used was free and ancient so it came out kind of choppy. As well I would like to improve on the art. As always. Never staisfied.

Well we all got to keep working to get better. But lately, everyday I feel so excited to draw. But I got to many distractions at my place. I wish I had some more time to draw. But yes I think Hellstone will make a dramatic return. Unless I can't think of any other ideas at the moment.

Haven't read it (uh, that I remember), but I really think Hellstone requires a new logo.
Just my two cents for no particular reason other then I'm bored and scatterbrained.
... and hungry. hm.

Yeah it's very true. Even though our other member Mr.Drew did the design...It was great. But I think it was first off to say the logo needed to change. Thanks for the input.

It's one wild logo -- but if nobody has pointed out the fact that it SAYS Hellstone, I could never have possibly guessed.

Thanks for the input guys. It's a realization that we knew, just had a deadline to make in order to get the book out. With a hopeful re-vamp of the book, I hope to make some drastic changes to character designs and the overall design for the book. Thanks again.

Trying to be more participatory (is.. that even a word) in these boards, and that was something that caught my eye. I so should've picked up Round One at the con. I just had a million other things to do. Ah well, Phoenix has 'em. When I read it, I can offer more feedback.
