Chris ...
uh ... artist I guess ..
I have no table
I don't know who's going.
I guess if I have to pick, it would be Batman ... but I'm probably more looking forward to Land of the Dead and War of the Worlds ... Tom Cruise is so dreamy.
I have no idea who ... but I wouldn't mind meeting Mike Allred and Mike Mignola again ...

1- Devon Jopling (fan, artist, writer) 2- Yes, I am sharing 3 tables with Kevin and Richard. 3- Honestly, I don't really care. I like talking shop, but I've gotten over being a rabid fan with giddy desires of meeting famous artists or writers to get them to sign books. Though I like picking up sketches sometimes. ^_^ 4- BATMAN! Wooo! My boyfriend knows that Batman is my TRUE love and always will be. Ahhhh... one day... one day... 5- Scott Kurtz!.. uhhh...Ashley Wood, ohoh! and Jo Chen! (though I know of doubt it with her ^_^;

Hey Florence! Glad to see you decided to exhibit at the convention! Are you bringing your guest sketchbook again? I wouldn't mind taking another crack at it.
See you there!

1 Ian Pond (writer, artist) 2 Has a table 3 Looking forward to seeing... well the VA guys and Damien and Florence pretty much top the list. I don't actually know any of the "special" guests. 4 Nananana- wait somoene did that joke... well, Batman, then. 5 The only guy I ever wanted to meet was Charles Shultz and I'm affraid there is a plain of existence between us now. But if I had to pick someone living I'd have to say Joss Whedon... though I guess he's not really a comic creator... unless you count Fray and the other Buffy related things.

Actually, Joss is writing a screenplay for the Wonder Woman movie and his current writing gig for Astonishing X-men is some of the best stuff since Morrison. (pushes glasses up)

Hell, yes!
1. Nick Johnson, fan, artist, writer, dancer 2. VA will have two. With four of us attending, I will have half a table. Yay! Fractions! 3. Igor Kordey Doug Wheatley Pete and Rebecca Woods 4. Batman batman batman. I like to remain unbiased before going into a superhero movie, but no matter how very hard I try, FF just looks unavoidably dumpy. 5. Jim Mahfood, Darwyne Cooke, Jeff Smith, Superman
See you guys on saturday!

Well... I suppose I AM looking forward to talking with Sean from Arcana. I'm working on a charity book for Arcana for the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund. It's always nice to talk with the studio you're working for in person ^_^;;;; Even if it is for free.

The answer to the real first question, the one in the title is, regrettably, "no", so most of the other questions are kind of moot.
However, I want everyone who is going to know first, that I'll be there in spirit and second, I'm jealous of everyone who does get to go.
I've said it elsewhere, and I'll say it again: the community Gerald's created here is really something special. I would like nothing more than to see it grow, and I think the meet-up after the convention may well be the next step in that growth.
Comics creation is, more often than not, a solitary activity. My closest creator friends are spread out all across North America; I see most of them face to face once or twice a year, if I'm lucky.
I strongly encourage everyone to take advantage of the geographical proximity of the majority of the Maple Inkers, to continue to build a sense of community that supports and fosters the considerable talent that's already been displayed here, and that which is still to come.
4) Batman Begins. That's my birthday sorted out right there, though actually looking forward to it almost guarantees I'll walk out disappointed. I'll be satisfied with FF if it simply manages to not be Elektra (the movie) x4.
5) Bendis, Oeming, Scott Mooney (a creator friend I've NEVER met face-to-face)

1-Name:
damian - occupation: deadbeat/comic hack
2- Will you have a table?
you betcha....i'll either be asleep at it if i don't go to bed soon, or in the bathroom because i drank too much pop....
3-Which of the guests would you like to meet most- Top 3?
i don't know any of the guests, so i guess i'd like to meet the nicest one, since i already know too many mean people....and mean people suck!
4- Which movie do you anticipate more BATMAN OR FANTASTIC FOUR?
i don't know...all the superhero movies lately are looking pretty formulated...they're starting to blur together....and topping tim burton at creepy batman is nigh impossible i would think....
5- Which comic creator would you like to see at future ACCA shows(realistically). Top 3?
jordan crane, farel dalrymple, craig thompson or that troublemaker shannon wheeler.
what no more questions?? i was just getting into this survey!!
