Oh man...first off I 'd like to say that Batman was wicked!! I really enjoyed the movie! The only thing is I wish it didnt' end! I think Chris Nolan did an amazing job on making this masterpiece. Tim Burton's was still great but I feel this was more darker and showed more of a human side to it all. I am so anxious to see it again and again. Well worth the price of admission. Hopefully there will be a sequel...cause I can't get enough of what they pulled off.

It's a really good movie. The Scarecrow attacks were all great, and Bale is the first Batman who actually looks like he could kick your teeth in.
Great movie.

Agreed. Had lots of fun watching this flick. Am a big fan of Chris Nolan's Memento, and was pleased to see his treatment of this character. Most of the casting choices, I felt, were also dead on perfect. Here's hoping subsequent films will be just as good.

I also thought it was excellent. And Washed the bad taste of bad movie after bad movie from DC's lexicon. The last good DC movie? Superman II.
And after Catwoman (shudder) and Constantine (NOT Hellblazer), it was a hard hole to climb out of.

Well, I saw the movie and thought it sucked! Who is this Christopher Nolan anyway? Superheroes are not art. Who is he trying to kid? Pretentious and typical of DC's attempt to cash in on the superhero trend...
Okay, okay, don't form a lynch mob! I am KIDDING!
The movie was stupendous, fantastic, exciting, intriguing, and a step above the genre! It is now my second favorite superhero movie behind 'Unbreakable'! Let's pray that a standard is set. Truly a watermark left in the public consciousness. If this is why DC held off jumping on the bandwagon, then it was well worth the wait!
BRAVO! BRAVO! BRAVO!
